A number of sources report that
HTC is going to release a huge 5.9-inch smartphone in the second half of the
year. The handset will be larger and more powerful. The Taiwanese analyst,
Laura Chen said if this fall should be more convenient and sophisticated.
Are you a big fan of HTC devices?
If yes, then you have to read this!
Apart from the ultra large screen
size, other details tipped for the device is an upgraded processor, though the
specific is still unclear. If we consider the HTC’s history of making cooperation
with Qualcomm, we can infer that Qualicomm’s Snapdragon 800 chipset could power
the phablet.
Fertile handset tipster @evleaks
has also seemingly collected evidence that HTC is now trying large, pointing to
a forthcoming HTC devices with the codename T6. Considering that rumor pans
out, HTC phablet could boast a screen size similar to Samsung’s much-anticipated
Galaxy Note 3.
Newly unveiled details for HTC’s
new phablet T6 include 2GB RAM, a quad-core 2.3 GHz processor, a 5.9-inch 1080p
HD display, 16GB internal storage and a rear camera that uses the same
ultrapixel image processing like the HTC One has. T6 also powered by Android
Key Lime Pie, the device may feature a large 3,300mAh battery, a digital
stylus, and something we have not seen from an HTC phone in some time, it’s the
microSD expansion slot.
Amid the finer points of T6,
TheUnlockr media reported an updated version of Sense UI with a more
customizable Blinkfeed experience. HTC is also issued to be cooperating on a
protective case with an additional 1,250 mAh battery life. The earlier HTC rumors
are reinforced with the analyst’s statement, Chen, who said that HTC plans to
introduce an M4 smartphone in June that should be offered on a global market. Coming
to the third quarter, HTC must be ready to announce an updated take on the
Butterfly device.
Peeping at the near term, Laura
Chen suggests that many things seem to be on the upswing to HTC, stating that “the
worst is over” for the handset maker. After the HTC One has been launched,
through a slow start, the company has successfully sold five million units.
The question is, could the new
HTC phablet surprise and grab people’s attention in the global market? Let’s
wait and see how the handset marketing will be going.
